JICA “Group and Region Focused Training Course on Strategic Port Administration and Management (for Port Manager) commenced on February 16^th, 2025. We welcomed 17 participants from 16 countries. The course will continue until March 13^th.

 This training course has been conducted since 2010, targeting senior officials from national government or port management bodies responsible for port operation and management in developing countries. The aim of the program is to provide trainees with knowledge on strategic port development as well as appropriate port management and operation. Each participant will prepare an Action Plan that addresses the various administrative issues their respective countries face, such as those related to planning, financing, operation, and management.
