OCDI Awards Presented to Best and Outstanding Papers at T-LOG 2026
The 11th International Conference on Transport and Logistics (T-LOG 2026) was held in Shenzhen, China, from June 27 to 29, 2026.
OCDI presented awards to promising researchers at the conference. This year, out of 102 submissions, the OCDI Yoshio Takeuchi Award for Logistics Research was presented to Mr. Iurii Rusalev of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School as a Best Paper award. In addition, the OCDI Award for Young Researchers was presented to Mr. Taiju Mukai of the University of Tokyo as an Outstanding Paper award. OCDI hopes that both awardees will continue to conduct innovative research in the fields of ports, logistics, and transport.
Dr. Ichio Motono, Senior Executive Director, and Mr. Takeshi Otake, Senior Researcher, participated in the conference from OCDI. Dr. Motono delivered a keynote speech on Japan’s initiatives toward decarbonization, entitled “Decarbonization Challenge in Japan-the case of Yokohama port.” In addition, Mr. Otake gave a presentation entitled “Container Demand Forecast and Container Terminal Development in Cambodia,” while Dr. Motono gave a presentation entitled “Bulk Cargo Demand Forecast and Inland Waterway Development in Cambodia.”
